Healing intentionally.

Living whole.

About Me

Healing the Whole Person — Mind, Body, and Spirit

I help individuals—especially people of color—who feel overwhelmed, disconnected, or stuck in cycles of trauma reconnect with themselves and experience deep healing, peace, balance, and emotional clarity through trauma-focused holistic therapy and mindfulness-based practices.

Meet the Founder

Hi there! I’m Donielle Smith, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker dedicated to supporting healing through a holistic approach to mental, emotional, spiritual, and communal wellness.

My professional and personal journey has shown me the powerful impact our past experiences and relationships have on who we become. When we take time to reflect on our stories, we gain insight into core wounds, deepen self-awareness, and create space for meaningful change.

I am passionate about caring for the whole person. My work integrates evidence-based therapy with holistic and spiritually grounded practices that promote restoration, alignment, and lasting growth.

Years of working in intensive clinical settings have shaped me into a compassionate yet straightforward therapist. I value honesty, accountability, and authentic connection. I believe you are the expert of your own life — my role is to provide guidance, perspective, and a safe environment where transformation can happen.
